Hello, I am Bryce Hollins and welcome to my Journalism 340 Blog. Studying to become a journalist was an idea that came solely from my love of music. From 2010’s hip-hop to 1970s rock and roll and much more in between, my mission as a journalist is to share, analyze and discuss music that I personally enjoy. Music has always been a big part of my life. When I was younger, I was in piano and singing classes and I always wanted to keep up in the newest music releases. As time went on, I realized my passion wasn’t making music, but listening and discussing it. Every day I try to find new music that fits my taste and I love sharing my opinions to anyone who is willing to listen. My ultimate goal would to be able to work for a music/pop culture publication like Genius or XXL.
